How do I buy software on WorkedIn?
Browse the marketplace, pick a product, answer a few plain-language questions, and check out. Licenses are provisioned automatically with the vendor.
Which vendors do you support?
Today we support Microsoft, Dropsuite and SentinelOne, all distributed through Pax8. More vendors are on the way.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Microsoft licenses include a 7-day free cancellation window. After that, you can cancel at the end of the current term.
How does billing and tax work?
Every subscription and one-time purchase lives in one ledger, and sales tax is applied accurately based on your billing province.
Can I upgrade a plan later?
Absolutely. You can change quantities or upgrade to a higher plan in a couple of clicks, and your billing adjusts automatically.
Do you offer expert help?
Yes. Business plans include access to vetted, security-screened IT professionals on demand.
